Marc Jacobs Gets Shirtless As The New Diet Coke Creative Director

In past years, Karl Lagerfeld and Jean Paul Gaultier have leant their names and design prowess to the soda company. Like his predecessors, Jacobs is Diet Coke’s new creative director for 2013 & has created some exclusive cans for the soft-drink giant as it celebrates its 30th anniversary in Europe.
Jacobs had a hand in three cans, three bottles and three ad campaigns which will debut in late February and hit stores in early March. Each one is inspired by iconic looks from the last three decades the '80s, '90s and early '00s and has signature MJ logos, illustrations and prints.


Additional details of the “Sparkling Together for 30 Years” initiative are to be unveiled at a launch event in London on March 11, with Jacobs expected to attend.

Check out the new MJ x Diet Coke commercial in the meantime. It's really funny, and the girls react to Marc's presence in pretty much the same way we would if we saw him at the mall or anywhere.
